Synopsis

Un matin, Mai Gang, le père de la réalisatrice, se lance dans la fabrication d’une carte qui envahit au fil des semaines le sol du salon familial. L’itinéraire de son départ clandestin de la Chine communiste vers Hong Kong refait surface. Mélangeant archives sonores, séquences d’animations et reconstitutions dans l’appartement familial, ce film de parole est un manuel de survie anachronique.
